Turbo discovers he's obsessed with the album "Lilies" by Echo Ladies. He also is in the middle of re-ripping his CDs, so he's playing some of that junk for you. It's painful for him because of his CDs were acquired in the 90s. And he hates the 90s.

This one originally aired on August 20, 2023.  I survived the reunion. I didn't puke on my shoes or get thrown out of any bars, so that's good, I guess. Also, three years into being reunited at KWVA (virtually, we still haven't seen each other in person since the 90s) Soirée Gun and I find out we don't have each other's cell phone numbers. Or do we? 

This one originally aired on August 6, 2023, just days before my 30-year high school reunion. Since the reunion committee asked me to do the music, I decided what better time to play two hours of that music on Turbo Mix. So put on your best pair of Guess overalls and your cleanest Hypercolor T-Shirt and rock out.

Originally aired July 9, 2023. There are some great tunes on this one. Thank goodness, because I was still in my funk. I hadn't found my new car yet, and I was really depressed about that. Ugh. But I'm much better now! I'm fine! It's fine! Everything is fine!

Originally aired June 3, 2023.  I played a bunch of new music, but he's still feeling nostalgic after the previous month's 30th Anniversary celebration.

This was the episode that aired on May 27, 2023, exactly 30 years after KWVA went on the air. Unfortunately, I had to record this show from home rather than do it live from the studio. (Thanks car crash!) But I was there in spirit and I had a blast listening to the shows my old friends and colleagues were doing that day! Where did those three decades go, anyway?

This episode of Turbo Mix is dedicated to Vivian Trimble. The former Luscious Jackson keyboardist died in early April of cancer. She was 59.  Hear some of the music she made with Luscious Jackson, Kostars and Dusty Trails. Turbo also brings you an interview she and Jill Cunniff did with KWVA back in 1996.

Turbo bookends a big chunk of new Turbo music with two big chunks of Ye Olde Turbo Music. He also points out the 30th anniversary of a classic indie album, a bad movie he's never seen, and a little radio station based in Eugene, Oregon.

New music from Depeche Mode, Leathers and Frankie Rose. Also Turbo is still pissed at a record store clerk over an incident that happened in about 2015 or 2016

Turbo's anatomy is hard to judge. He also plays dance songs you can't dance to.

Turbo ushers in 2023 with some new music, and some classics. He also honors some of the musicians we've lost in recent weeks. And he does his really bad Billy Idol impersonation. But that's way at the end, so you don't have to worry about it for a while.
