As an adult I wanted to give CBD oil and THC oil a go to see if it can help with the challenges of Dyslexia. For the neurodiverse brain. I find my cortisol levels can be super high and lead to like an overthinking panic. Most of the time this can be solved by meditation or exercise but it can also escape me. So CBD and THC being legal now in New Zealand for medicinal use needed to be tried.
