What we thought would be a funny movie to make fun of, became this obscenely offensive movie about the dangers of an individual's obsession over a movie icon, remind you of anyone?

This sub-par attempt to recreate the film noir stars your favorite cast such as Morgan Freeman, BRENDAN FRASER and last but not least... John Travolta, who sports a wig that is "suppose to look like a sad lion's mane". Stuart has thoughts of course.

Begin the countdown folks because we are on our THIRD to last episode of the Travolting podcast. The race is off, not only with the podcast, but in the movie Trading Paint where John Travolta plays a race car driver struggling with the conflict of being there for his son while also being number one on the track.

Well now that the Gotti episode is done, you could almost say we're "surfing" to the end here. We've seen Travolta in a car, on a plane, now see him on a speed boat while aiding the drug cartel and avoiding the DEA. Speed really does kill in this movie.

Let me tell you somethin', Travolting is the greatest podcast in the f*cking world. Our podcast. We were small in the beginning, started at the bottom, and we made it to the top. It's no accident that we're covering this movie on our 66th episode. John Travolta, aka Stanley Hill, aka Mister Wrath, wrecks havoc John Wick style on the corrupt city of Columbus Ohio as he takes his path of vengeance all the way to the top. Oh and Christopher Meloni, Detective Elliot Stabler himself, is in this.

John Travolta in a WESTERN!? Well... kinda... Best quote of this whole episode though, said by our reoccurring special guest, Cole Bradley: "Ethan Hawke has the face of a person who knows what a latte is."

Pretty much every movie past the year 2009 has been criminal activity for John. We brought our good friend Adam Blythe who was able to remember this movie better than Jeff and Stuart. Remember Dan Stevens from that live action remake of Beauty in the Beast? He's in this.

You all remember the Ladder 49 episode? The one where it was dedicated to our firefighter men and women in uniform? Well this one is like that... but about electrical grid workers known as "line men". I know what you're gonna say... "fellas... in this new era of direct to video movies, what more entertainment can you guys offer?". Well let us be the one to tell you that this episode is full of sur...

John Travolta stars in a weird luke warm mix between Ocean's 11 and Portrait of a Lady On Fire. Christopher Plummer plays a crusty old irish grandpa in this movie, and that kid who plays the young cyclops in the new x-men movies is in this. What can we say at this point? Travolta has officially entered into his new transition of "$2 red box films".

Two old foes, joined together after many years apart, become friends, then become enemies, then they become friends again, then they become enemies again, and so on, until the movie ends and you're left wondering.... "what was with Travolta's russian accent?" Joined by our good friend and fellow LOTR fan: Brian Delisi.

Joined again by one of our favorite reoccurring guests, Mark Tilley! The boys have a wild time discussing the intricacies of this Oliver Stone film where John Travolta plays a dead beat chump of a DEA agent who works with two hippy small time weed dealers who think its a good idea to take on a Mexican drug cartel. They are savages.

Soooo..... this happened. We won't lie, we originally were gonna have Savages premiere this week. But schedules got mixed up and we unfortunately had to spend 12 minutes of our lives talking about Travolta being extremely cringey in real life as opposed to being cringey in movies. Oh and by the way, this is all Goldie Hawn's fault.

Travolta.... is..... BALD!!! BALD!!! BALD BALD BALD BALD BALD!!! That's all Stuart has to say about this episode, because he and Jeff couldn't remember much else about this movie. Something about Wax? Spies? Hookers? Cocaine? What is this movie!?

The third and final Travolta/Disney collaboration but this time we are greeted by one of great icons, Robin Williams. Williams and Travolta are "old dogs" in this movie, and after 57 episodes, Jeff and Stuart feel like old dogs too.

Jeff and Stuart hop on the Era 3 train, and first up, a train kidnapping movie. It's almost as if the boys are being kidnapped into a darker Travolta world.

From Pulp Fiction in 1994 to Bolt in 2008, Jeff and Stuart recap the past 14 years of John Travolta's comeback phase. From the sudden sharp rise to A-list movie star, his Icarus moment with Battlefield Earth, his attempted rebound films, his Disney Trilogy, to the inevitable fall. The boys have a discussion about where Travolta's been, where he is, and where he's going.

Bolt, a fun-loving classical tale about a dog that, since a pup, had been raised in the film industry as a superhero dog. The catch? The filmmakers make the dog actually believe that it is a real life superhero. Joined by fellow film-industry worker Ang Gardner, the three talk about the ramifications of such a choice. Is this humane? Does this dog deserve a better? Should Bolt have died at the end...

Jeff and Stuart take a look into this period piece tale with awe and wonder, as they ask themselves the question: "Couldn't we have just watched Public Enemies?"
