It’s the topic I fear the most: LOVE! Listen as I struggle not to say “what is love, baby don’t hurt me” for 40 minutes. I discuss holding containers for different emotions and take you through my mind as I try to define love in real time. 

I’m back! After a few months hiatus, I give a life update while discussing wanting more out of life, our ever-changing identities, and all the goals I set for myself over the last eight months (and what I’ve achieved!), I’ve missed you guys!  P.S.
