Tina and Sheletta don't think the world wide web was set up to withstand every home in the world having fifty-leven devices connected to it and eventually, at some point, all the whole internet is going to come crashing down because it's just too much.

Tina tells Sheletta that with all the discrimination that Black women have faced in recent years, there will soon be both a professional and personal revolution in this country, but it won't be televised (it may be live-streamed on TikTok, though).

Tina & Sheletta warn the rest of the world that Black women are under attack while explaining how and why and by who on the latest episode of their podcast.

Tina warns Sheletta to be extra cautious about guarding her heart after the ladies learn about the real tea surrounding Gayle King's cheating husband.

Tina & Sheletta are both feeling some-kind-of-way because they didn't feel loved and appreciated on Mother's Day.

As Tina & Sheletta navigate life in their nifty 50s, the ladies wonder if they are getting sensitive in their old(er) age because they are doing a lot more crying these days. Sheletta says that one last nerve that they were begging people not to get on is gone.

Tina is in New York, going to see Meg THEE Stallion perform on Broadway. Turns out it's the last show she'll be in after her breakup with Klay Thompson. Sheletta tells her BFF how disappointed she is in Klay and how Meg's future as a theater actress deserved his protection.  

With You, Me & Tuscany taking over the box office with a $10 million opening weekend, Tina and Sheletta hopes this will be the start of a Black Rom-Com revolution in Hollywood.

Sheletta tells her bestie Tina that she's losing hair and sleep as her adult son Andrew decides to change colleges and majors. Tina assures her that she's done her part and it's time for her to let go and let Andrew find his own way.

Sheletta's got her panties in a bunch because TLC's Chilli reposted a doctored photo of Michelle Obama on her Instagram feed while simultaneously donating money to organizations connected to Donald Trump. Tina says she shouldn't be so quick to judge or get a refund on her ticket to the group's upcoming concert.   

The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo implemented a new dress code after the cowgirls went overboard with the T&A. Tina and Sheletta have a theory on why young ladies are letting it all hang out and who the rodeo can hire to help solve the problem.

Sheletta shares with Tina that she shaved her head because she's struggling with "church hurt."

Sheletta tells Tina that sometimes, she just wants to run away and never come back so she can get a nap and a good night's sleep, like  Michele Hundley Smith, who disappeared after she went Christmas shopping in 2001. Her family thought she was kidnapped. They found her this year alive, healthy, well and living her best life. Turns out, she just didn't want to be bothered with her kids. 

Who is to blame for Tina not showing up to record a podcast episode, prompting Sheletta to send the police to her house for a wellness check? Grammy winning R&B singer Maxwell!

Since Tina is older, she tells Sheletta what to expect turning 54 years old and cautions her friend to have all the fun she can over the next 12 months because 55 comes with knee replacements and attitude adjustments.   

Sheletta,  who lives near Minneapolis, assures her friend, who lives in Texas, that she and fellow Minnesotans are fine and fighting back against injustice in hopes of being the model for other states to follow. 

As Sheletta tells Tina about her plans to host a prayer vigil in Minnesota, asking God to bring peace and healing to the state, she also shares how Black women are using methods designed by Harriet Tubman to create an underground railroad of support for the immigrant community.

With ICE descending on Minnesota, Governor Tim Walz not running for reelection and Trump trolling the state, Sheletta was at her lowest point until her BFF Tina gave her some wise advice from Tupac: "Keep ya head up"!

Tina applauds Sheletta on being a strong advocate for her autistic kids after seeing the progress they've made since they were diagnosed on the spectrum in 2015. The ladies encourage other moms to consider moving to states like Minnesota that have good services that get good results. 

Tina tells Sheletta that she's cutting back on the cocktails after what she thought was a skin rash turned out to be an issue with how her liver was functioning. 

Tina & Sheletta celebrate the 30th anniversary of the groundbreaking movie Waiting to Exhale and talk about how it gave them the blueprint on how to have successful careers, good friendships and the power of the pivot.

Tina tells Sheletta about all the fun and fanfare she had for her 55th birthday celebration and how big yearly celebration are a tribute to hear late mother.

As Tina and Sheletta make plans for their golden years, the ladies come up with an idea: Black Lady Bungalows. The BFFS have decided once they turn 75, they'll sell their homes, take the money, buy some land in Arizona and build bungalows for their friends who want to live out the last leg of their journey together, in peace.

Tina and Sheletta invite their friend Jeanette on the show to give her all the rules of turning 50. The ladies let her know that her hair, body, relationships and breath will never be the same again. 

Sheletta tells Tina she was shocked to learn that Minnesota is the witch capital of the world. The ladies run it back and realize they've both known more than a few witches in their lifetime.
