Beyond exploring my own invisible condition, celiac disease, we now go beyond that and look at health challenges that may be invisible to many people outside of the countries experiencing them. Through the example of Sudan, we will explore how food insecurity, lack of healthcare, and structural violence affect people’s health and everyday lives.
