Change is inevitable. How you handle it is what counts. In my career I had to make changes to fit with the fast pace youth oriented. I gave my all and now am one of the top performers on my shift. I'd like to share 3 tips that helped me along the way.

Don't take everyone's word just because they say they are a Christian. If you don't know the word for yourself, you won't know when you are being deceived.

Choosing our words wisely is an important skill to learn. Our words can and do set our destiny. The most famous Nazarene ,Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior said, with our words we are justified and with our words we are condemned. That's how important our words are.

Businessman Jim Rohn's quote, "your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change," is a quote to be admired. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is insanity! Look at the areas of opportunity in your life to make a change and do it!

As you can see the we are talking about being able to relate to others. If we are the Christian that knows the word, anointed and has spiritual gifts, how can we share God's word to others if we are unapproachable, rude and unrelatable?
