Who are the combatants? And is their a possibility of victory? Humanly, we cannot find the answer. But thanks be to God, the Bible shows us an answer in our Lord Jesus Christ. As always, if you have any quest...

Ep 31 | The Holy Spirit 26.05.2026 14:52
There is nothing more important than rightly knowing God, and yet many people know very little about God the Holy Spirit. It is easy to be confused by many human theories about Him. This episode seeks to allow the Bible to explain to us who He really is.
Ep 30 | Individual Liberty and Private Judgment 19.05.2026 14:50
Martin Luther boldly declared, “Unless I am convinced by Scripture and plain reason, my conscience is captive to the Word of God....to go against conscience would be neither right nor safe. God help me. Here I stand, I can do no other.”Is this biblical thinking? In this episode we learn what God thinks about our responsibility when everyone around us thinks differently than we do.
Ep 29 | The Final Judge of Truth on Earth 12.05.2026 14:56
We know that the Bible is the only sure standard by which to evaluate spiritual truth. But what do we do when different Christians disagree in their interpretation of the Bible? Who is supposed to make the final decision? Let's not just go with our feelings - let's listen to God's thoughts about the issue. [Note - I wasn't able to fit this whole study into one episode, so make sure...

Ep 22 | We Can Obey God 02.05.2026 15:44
Sometimes we feel that it is impossible to do what God asks of us in the Bible - this may be because of our own weakness, our own corruption, or perhaps external circumstances. The good news is that God promises in His Word to give us the ability to do His will. Let's look into the Bible once again to see what God thinks about our ability to obey. You can download a transcript of this episode...

Ep 25 | The Right Way to Judge 14.04.2026 15:04
One of the most famous phrases from the Bible is “judge not.” But did you know, the Bible doesn’t really say that? It does say that, in the same way it says, “there is no god” (see Psalm 14). You can make the Bible say almost anything if you cut the few words out of the context. In this podcast we will look at the Bible passages about judging, to see what God thinks about it.
Ep 24 | A God We Have Imagined 08.04.2026 14:58
We hear a lot about “fake” things these days: fake news, fake products, fake videos that were produced by artificial intelligence. But there is no area of life where this is more dangerous than in the spiritual realm, and no fake worse than that of a false idea of God. Today we take some time to look at the Biblical warnings about inventing a God after our own likeness.
Ep 23 | We Don't Need to See 02.04.2026 14:43
"If I can't see it I won't believe it!" Hopefully we have gotten beyond such a simple way of thinking...and yet often we act as if that were true. We need some sort of visible assurance that we are going the right way and that all will be well. In this episode we learn about how to trust in the Invisible God and walk by faith, not by sight.
Ep 21 | How To Not Worry 18.03.2026 14:39

Thankfully, He doesn't stop there! Today we are going to look at the seven reasons Jesus gives to teach us why we need to have victory over anxiety.
Ep 20 | Why God Lets Us Suffer 12.03.2026 14:17
The question of suffering has puzzled many Christians and turned many unbelievers away from God. If God is all-powerful and perfectly good, why would He let innocent children suffer? The answer is actually very simple, and is stated clearly in the Bible. But we have to look at the issue from God's perspective, and think the way He does, to be able to comprehend it.
Ep 19 | We Are All Priests 04.03.2026 15:13

In our modern era of internet communication, social networking, and AI, it seems that we are being overwhelmed by an overabundance of information. How can we know who we should listen to? May we be willing to listen to Him, and to think His thoughts. If...

Our world is full of conflict, and it is easy to blame "them" for all of it. But the Bible says, "Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members?" (James 4:1) Often our greatest enemy is within us. Thankfully, God has an answer for that, too.
