Theo Boyd is a speaker, host, and author of My Grief Is Not Like Yours, a book that takes readers through a rollercoaster of emotions as she explores how her life changed drastically in July, 2019. Many people find themselves on autopilot mode after a tragic loss without real insight into the emotions driving their grief. Theo Boyd has found solace in writing and believes there’s a need to talk about the hidden emotions accompanying grief.
