An ego death is a moment when you ego meets your higher self and is no longer resisting. The ego gets the point of teh BS it went though truly this time and willign moves in accordance with what the higher self had planned all along. It is your responsibility to expand not contract.

I've been doing alchemy in my mind. Perpetural transmutation of enegry my guy. 

A part of my theory relies heavily on the idea that there is a quantum neural field that operates outside of the mind. This isn't what this episode is about but this is a really good foundation episode preparing you for how I operate. 

The practice of channeling  is like  a person's body being taken over by a spirit for the purpose of communication. I like to call it connecting someone's stream of consciousness to yours momentarily. It takes work, you need to be grounded and that's the struggle in this episode.

This one is sort of like me learning the lesson as the stream of consciousness goes on.  I'd like to say that it's because I'm a fire sign moon so I feel all of my feelings really quickly and then it's like I have to deal with the consequences of them later on and sometimes I realize woah you need to chill 

Here I am talking about how I might be addicted to stress and worry. How I recognize that those things have overstayed their welcome for I am now in this blank canvas state.  Here all I want is to welcome in peace, creativity, perseverance, joy, courage--you get it. This is just me talking through that thought process.  I absolutely love doing these without editing them because when I listen back...
