Listen as we talk about the knowledge, tools and techniques needed to rewire your mind/thoughts and focus on taking charge of your personal development. Aaron is a retired police officer of 25yrs. and served in the Marine Corps. During the career, he experienced burnout, depression, anxiety and PTSD leading him to walk off the job for several months. After learning how to apply tools himself, he got back to work and began helping others who struggle as well.
