This week we introduce the our first "real" shamanic technique, Boekhgeen Khengreg. This technique uses a drum, so we also go into some of the background to drum use in Shamanism in general, including how to hold the drum in the Havtas position.

In this episode we provide a gentle lead into the second major stage of learning Shamanism, Amsgar. This is preparation for the introduction of the first real shamanistic technique (rather than exercise), which will be introduced in the next episode.

In the last of our series of three episodes on the Miasma, we look at ways in which shamans use the chalicity techniques to overcome or mitigate the Miasma. The purpose of this mitigation is to allow shamanic technique to be firmly grounded in reality.
