The third in our series on the Twelve Techniques. Technique no.3, Sealing, is the first that applies Gyre within the physical chalicity, and together with 1 and 2 can form some pretty rich and useful spirit dance with practice. This short episode is mostly just a bit of fun. Ranking spirit animals on a tier list based on how useful they are in starting out in animal spirit dance. In short, which spirit animals are the best to study once you have a good ability in level 3 and level 4 technique in order to broaden your understanding of spirit dance, and which ones should you avoid (at least to start with)?

This is a description of Enfolding, the first of the twelve Woven Energy techniques for Spirit Dance. The latter half of the podcast can be played as a commentary alongside the companion video on Patreon. Enfolding has a great many aspects, but most fundamental is the practice of physical chalicity, as well as gaining an understanding of threading and the Squall energy change.

An introduction to the idea and foundations of the twelve techniques that we're going to be using to convey spirit dance on these new short episodes of the Woven Energy Podcast on Shamanism, as well as an explanation of why we are doing it this way.
