Author and friend Daniel Navarro recently published Into the Foxhole which explores childhood trauma, identity, and the weight of survival instincts, helping readers transition from merely "surviving" to truly living. He and I always have great conversations and I was super excited to finally get this time together to record a long overdue episode for the Work Ethic. -enjoy
