Much has changed from the days where grapes were harvested without a winery to go to, 2021 will see 5.4M bottles produced. KG to pretty much everyone, once you listen to his story you will be well qualified to call him that too. Head of red winemaking at Yalumba, KG is a Barossa legend and the current custodian of some of this country's most iconic wines.

Tim and Simon chat about Riposte, the winery based in the Adelaide Hills and about life growing up in the Clare Valley. We also chat about Tim's uncle Mick who is a truly legendary figure in Clare.

Michael Trembath and business partner Matt Paul are responsible for the majority of Italian wine available in Australia. Over 27 years of travelling to Italy and period living there he has built up immense knowledge and contacts across all of the regions in Italy. Simon and Michael break down the regions and varieties of Italy along with some funny stories.

Sorby Adams has had a long and successful career in wine over 30 years including as Chief Winemaker at Yalumba. He talks to Simon about his journey so far and the change of pace establishing Sorby Adams wines and some projects with Naked Wines.  

Cape Bernier is located 45 mins from Hobart and produces some stunning wines and is another example of why Tasmania is so exciting right now. Andrew and Jenny took over the established vineyard in 2014 and have worked hard to create a range of Single Estate wines that continue to impress everyone.

Never Never Distilling Co ’s Southern Strength Gin has been named the World’s Best Classic Gin at the influential World Gin Awards in London. It’s the first time an Australian gin has won the prestigious award.
