Jill Upton talks to Chris Ryan, winner of Sommelier of the Year Australia 2021, about what it takes to achieve this accolade and run one of Melbourne's top restaurants - Cumulus.

Dean Taylor is a serial wine entrepreneur, whose latest venture is WINE DEPOT, a digital platform that simplifies the supply chain and logistical process between wine retailers and the consumer. Jill talks to him about how WINE DEPOT can help distribute the large amount of wine currently stored in Australia, both domestically and ultimately internationally.

Jill talks to Brand Ambassador for Plumm Glassware, Matt Dunne, about the importance of matching the right glass to the varietal and the science behind it. His creativity and flair for wine, passion for culture and communication, have seen him win the Good Food Guide Sommelier of the year, along with other multiple wine list awards.
