Happy Friday! Today is gonna be a beautiful spring day but don't expect those lower mountain groomers to soften up before 10am ;) We'll have greyer skies tomorrow with snow overnight and flurries on Sunday; and brighter skies and a higher freezing level again on Monday. Bon weekend! ^_^

What a final weekend of Skiing on Blackcomb eh? April POW?!? Lesssssss GO!

3cm of dust on crust this morning atop yesterday's 5cm but we have more on the way today: expect 50kmh+ wind speeds in the alpine and low visibility! There are a plethora of events to take your pick from this week and Blackcomb Mt closes on Sunday! :'(

What a day yesterday was eh?? It was so loaded in spots! Seeing so many ear to ear grins is a beautiful thing. April Pow rules!! Cool temperatures again today should make for some great stash hunting and grippy groomers above 1400m ^_^

No: it ain't an April Fool's Joke - 21cm on the Ruler this morning - and after yesterday's high winds: there are gonna be some deeper stashes ferrrr suuuuuure. See ya up there! ^_^

What a beautiful spring ski day yesterday eh? And a pow day tomorrow? This time of year brings all sorts of snow conditions and I hope I'm not alone in feeling the leg burn from the mash potato ski out! Ha. Happy Tuesday! ^_^

Happy April 1st! Take everything with a pinch of salt today ;) But apparently we are getting 20cm tomorrow night?! It will be warm today however: slip, slop, slap!

Another overnight dusting - sweet! 5cm overnight with multiple reports yesterday of deeper stashes. Enjoy the cold smoke before the freezing level shoots up: particularly on Sunday! Don't forget your Sunscreen ;)

Guys!! 10cm!! And with wind speeds of over 60kmh in the high alpine last night there are gonna be deeper pockets to shred! ^_^

The Showcase T-Bar is spinning: huzzah! Spring Skiing is very much in effect: firm mornings and varying snow textures throughout the afternoon and goggle tans are becoming more defined by the day! Flurries expected for the next few days with a more sizeable snowfall forecast for Wednesday evening! ^_^

Spring Break has seemed pretty quiet in town recently but that will likely change with an influx of visitors this weekend! We have some snow forecast for Wednesday but cloudy skis today and tomorrow. Be sure to wear sunscreen on Sunday however! ;) Happy Friday! ^_^

1cm eh?! And yesterday was wayyyyy sunnier than expected! Be advised: there are colder temperatures today - so be sure to layer up compared to recently - and very light winds with some more flurries forecast! ^_^

Cooler temperatures and cloudier skies have returned but without any significant precipitation in the forecast. Yesterday was the Spring Equinox: we now have more daylight than we do night time hours! Huzzah!
