The skies are brightening after some much needed rain yesterday

So much for rain these past few days eh? We could still see a shower or two over the next few days before the weather warms up this weekend. Happy Canada Day for tomorrow! ^_^

Some much needed rain is on the forecast to arrive Thursday evening/Friday Morning! There are a plethora of events to attend this week; A 'Be Vocal about a Local' winner; and raffle tickets are on sale for WCSS's upcoming Birthday Party!

National Indigenous People's Day is this Sunday, which is also Summer Solstice at 1:25am!! We have great weather (with hopefully a rain show tomorrow) to accompany a plethora of events. Bon weekend ^_^

Happy Tuesday Team! Sure: it's gonna be wet today and tomorrow but Junuary ends on Thursday ;) Between the start of the World Cup; The Multicultural Festival; The OneUp Back Forty; and a plethora of other events - this week is busy by June standards before the Summer Holidays really showcases what busy is!

Rain is finally in the forecast starting this evening - huzzah! ^_^ Pay Parking at 4 of our Parks comes into effect this Friday; Joffre Lakes Day Passes also start this Friday; and this long weekend is stacked with events.

Happy Friday! Some welcome cloud and hopefully rain in the forecast today to mitigate our wildfire risk. A campfire Ban is in effect now across the south coast of BC. It's Mother's Day this Sunday; the Creekside Garage Sale is this Sunday too; and Whistmas fast approacheth!

Happy Stinko de Mayo! ^_^ Crystal Chair and Christine's may have stopped spinning for the Winter Season but there are a bunch of DJs spinning this week not to miss! Prepare for another scorching day of 28 degree heat today before a cool down tomorrow!

Happy May 1st! ^_^ Info after posting: this is the last weekend for Excalibur Gondola, Excelerator Chair and the Crystal Express!! Glacier express closes May 10th.

A little rain isn't a bad thing: we'll see some showers today. There are plenty of events and food specials to enjoy at this time of year and a few deadlines not to miss!
