In this episode, the guys sit down with their buddy Jake who tells stories about his time in the military and how it has impacted his view on mental health and masculinity in modern American culture. Listener discretion is advised . Some of the stories Jake shares are very detailed and gruesome.

Shawn and Josh Leasure sit down to explore where our genetic predispositions (Nature) and our societal influences (Nurture) meet to create the people we become. They look at their own lives, the lives of their children, where mental health intercedes, and Shawn examines what he sees in the children he works with in an elementary school to find where these two influences make up the individual.

The guys sit down with Derrick again to discuss masculinity in the American social climate. Using the Harrison Butker commencement speech that riled everyone up and the debate over whether a woman would rather come across a random bear or random man int he woods, Josh, Parson, Shawn, and Derrick get into the weeds over how masculinity is perceived and portrayed in our culture.

After such a heavy episode, we decided to release one with a lighter tone. In this episode, the guys are joined by their friend, Cam Caufield, as they discuss everything music. Favorite bands, favorite songs, playing and writing music, and how music connects us to each other and to ourselves.

In a continuation of episode 2, the guys discuss school shooters and speculate on what they think contributes to a person making such a horrible decision. They weigh in on what may be missing in a person's life, and how purpose and hope affect a person's life decisions.

The guys are joined by their friend, Mike Winzeler, as they sit down to talk about boundaries within relationships. What's healthy, what's not, and what really just grinds our gears. We use the controversy surrounding Jonah Hill's relationship to frame the conversation.
