Welcome to the Wellfocused Podcast! Here, Mitch Sherman of the Wellfocused team, a health and wellbeing group from the University of Pennsylvania Health System, will discuss anything and everything pertaining to employee wellbeing. These topics can include fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and many more. Mitch, a certified strength and conditioning specialist and exercise physiologist, will host a number of different guests who specialize in various forms of wellness to deliver listeners helpful content on demand.
