Moeller Brew Barn announced today that they are closing their Monroe taproom - and the messages came flooding into my inbox all day, with folks telling me that they thought the location was "cursed". In this week's episode, I take a little dive in to explain to you why I think that the brewery closed its doors - and guess what? It's way simpler than a "curse".

Things have been insane (I feel like I say that a lot) with family activities, work stuff and everyday chaos. However, that hasn't slowed me down from working my way through round one of this year's Oktoberfest Quest. We're almost ready to dive into the next round!

It's some of the big news around Cincinnati... Copper and Flame is closing its doors. It opens up a big conversation about "pour your own beer" bars and why some of us don't really like them. We touch on everything from interaction with other people, and tipping culture. Of course... that's not all the news from Cincy - both Braxton and Listermann have some big taproom change...

I don't actually know what it means to be "country style" - especially when it comes to an Oktoberfest beer... but we drink one.
