Halloween is going to be epic this year. It falls on a Saturday, which means that it becomes an epic drinking holiday... we gotta talk about it. Ok... well... the title doesn't make as much sense as I thought it was going to - I THOUGHT that I'd talk about Garage Beer a bit and then that would bring up the current state of craft beer.
