This week, on his 81st birthday, Rich and Danny examine the exquisite songs and amazing (solo) career of one of America’s finest songwriters, Mr. Paul Simon.

Rich was unavailable to put the show together this week due to familial obligations. Left to his own devices, Danny recruited Laura Meyers to do a show with him about their favorite 80’s band, Mike + The Mechanics. As it turns out, Mike + The Mechanics are far from being just an “80’s Band.”

Rich’s daughter is getting married. Danny very quietly and patiently puts up with him while he waxes nostalgic about his kid. Also there is music.

As Dave Grohl and Foo Fighters play a pair of concerts in honor of their late drummer Taylor Hawkins, Rich and Danny pay tribute to the entire band.

Celebrating the 35th anniversary of the day they met, Rich and Danny do a lot of reminiscing and play some music from that fateful year of 1987.

On the 130th anniversary of Lizzie Borden *possibly* killing her father and her step-mother, Rich and Danny offer up a show filled with songs about murder and killing and things. Also, Rich gets to tell his story about the time he made a scotch & soda for Vikki Lawrence.

Rich and Danny present the third annual show supporting Northfield’s Tour de SAVE, and the SAVE organization (Suicide Awareness Voices for Education). They are joined once again by Laura Meyers, who has worked extensively with the Tour de Save and is always a welcome voice on this show.

This week, Rich and Dan turn their eye to Rod Stewart. While they both acknowledge being fans of Sir Roderick, they do not come even close to agreeing on his place in history, or even if Oh God, I Wish I was Home Tonight is a good song. Obviously, hilarity ensues.

Commemorating the highest chart position Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band ever had, Danny and Rich celebrate songs that just couldn’t quite reach the peak, but are really, really good just the same.

This week, Rich celebrates his birthday by just playing any old song he feels like playing, and Danny just has to sit there and deal with it. (Please forgive the technical difficulties in the first segment.)

Celebrating the 5th Anniversary of the show’s sponsor, Imminent Brewing, Danny and Rich take the show on the  road with a live broadcast from the Imminent Brewing Taproom. We still can’t believe the folks at Imminent allowed it.

This week, Rich and Dan mark Les Paul’s 107th birthday by bringing you a collection of songs played on the guitar that Les Paul invented and bears his name. Your hosts get to indulge themselves in two of their favorite things – Danny gets to talk about guitars and Rich gets to play a lot of classic rock.

Danny and Rich broadcast live for the first time in the history of The Weekly List. In tribute to one of their favorite bands, they approach the show the same way The Replacements would approach a gig – totally unprepared.  Catch the hilarity that ensues.
