It feels like there is a battle being fought in the public domain between creatives and AI developers with governments unsure about how to mitigate this battle. Here I discuss this very public battle and call for the government to act swiftly as a mitigator and bring clarity to the landscape.

I discuss how people run really fast and then get tired early. I encourage you to learn to create a pace that suits you. Do not worry about how slow or fast others are going. Life is rarely a sprint, so settle in for a marathon. Secondly, life can be so busy with so many demands on our time and ourselves. Learn to make space for solitude to think and to grow and to heal.

In this episode I look at how necessary it is for us to keep moving what ever the circumstances we may find ourselves in. We need to run even when it rains. I also discuss the importance of allowing ourselves to cry when we need to. It is healing for our souls and as humans we need to acknowledge the hurt and pain before we can heal and move on.

We would all like the right tools, the right people, situations, circumstances, the right amount of money to enable us to achieve or pursue our dreams. Sometimes these are not available. What do you do? Stop and wait till everything is in order or keep running despite it. This is the theme of this episode of 'The Way I See It'.

In this first episode I discuss chapter one of my book 'Running Chronicles: Twenty-One Lessons I leaned from Running'. The chapter discusses the idea that we inspire people by our actions whether we mean to or not, whether we are concious of it or not. Also we need to be inspired in order to inspire others.
