The Triathlon Brick Session

This is my first official show introducing co host Heather Wurtele (alright triathlete). This is a long show, but that's because Heather likes to chat! Actually we discuss so many good points in this episode, including addiction to training, marathon training, how to become a better swimmer and so much more. Enjoy........

Mark is really pleased to announce that Heather Wurtele will be a regular guest host on the brick session. This show is all about Heather and her awesome triathlon career, she also subjects Mark to the Canadian Quiz.

In this episode Mark is asked how to best improve bike fitness, specifically the FTP test. Mark describes, and explains how to best introduce interval training into your general training.
