The students talk about their interest in service to the community, building relationships with our senior citizens, and why they would encourage others to get involved.

Episode 11: School Finance and SB 3 Impact w/ Dr. Troy Marnholtz 10.03.2026

Dr. Ritter is joined by Dr. Troy Marnholtz to discuss school finance, the impact of the senior tax credit, and the potential impact of Senate Bill 3. SB 3 was passed last summer in an effort to keep the Chiefs in Missouri, but also resulted in a potential freeze of primary residential property tax into the future. Dr. Marnholtz and Dr. Ritter discuss how SB 3 could impact school funding.
