As we celebrate a decade of ministry in the city of Denver, we see the mandate to celebrate in the Scriptures. The people of God demonstrate how even when trauma is in their past, and frightening unknowns are in their future, today we will choose to celebrate the goodness of God.

1 John 4:7-21   At Christmas, we clearly see God’s manifest love for us, which gives us the security and ability to actually love others.

Isaiah 9:2-7

As we study Jesus walking on water, we're given a vision not only of the fullness of Jesus, but the fullness of the life Jesus invites us into. 

We look at Jesus, in the midst of his own suffering, show compassion to the crowds  and miraculously provide for them. Matthew 14:13-21

Matthew 13:1-23 We look at Jesus' parable of the seeds and give thanks for how in a chaotic year, our church has demonstrated true rootedness that should grow our expectancy of coming fruitfulness. 

In anticipation of our nation's election, we look at how Jesus as King - and the Kingdom he came to establish - helps us make sense of the current political climate. Matthew 13:44-46

Matthew 11:28-30 We receive the privilege of Jesus revealing his heart to us, and see how understanding his heart gives us the rest we long for in our souls.

The way to experience the good life now is by aligning what we love and what we do with Jesus' Kingdom vision. (Mathew 10:24-29)

We see how a fear of God, and friendship with God, has the power to expel our fear of people. Matthew 10:26-33

We see Jesus not only prepare his followers to advance his mission, but the unparalleled goodness of Jesus' leadership, and an invitation to daily experience his authority and presence in our own lives. Matthew 10:1-4, 16-25

Matthew 9:35-38 We look at Jesus kick off his public ministry by announcing the arrival of the Kingdom, and see how his call for repentance is a call to return home to the embrace of God.

We look at who Jesus was in the midst of tragic and chaotic situations, and see how we can manifest compassion and courage in our own chaotic cultural moment. (Matthew 9:18-26)

We look at Matthew's story of meeting Jesus, and how one of the greatest miracles Jesus performs is changing people late in their lives. Matthew 9:9-13

We see who Jesus reveals himself to be in the midst of a chaotic storm, and how his calming presence brings healing to the challenges we are experiencing today. Matthew 8:23-27
