Chad Herron is in his 29th year of coaching in the area and 24th as head coach between Pasco and Chiawana High Schools. Jamie Council catches up with the head coach of Chiawana boys basketball about this year's squad plus anecdotes from over the years in the Pasco area.

Burbank boys basketball fell just short last year, losing in the 2B state championship. Losing just one senior, the squad is looking for redemption and hardware in 2025. Jamie Council catches up with Todd Schumacher.

Basketball season is here! The Chiawana girls squad finished runners up in the MCC, one point short of a trip to state, but graduated no players. The veteran group wants to make some noise as a new season begins. Chiawana and Richland are the MCC girls soccer champions -- Both programs finished league play with a 7-1 record. The Bombers are a perennial powerhouse. Over the past decade, Kamiakin Boys Cross Country has been one of the most dominant teams in the MCC as well as the state. The Braves are current;y ranked second in the state of Washington in 4A, chasing their fifth state title.
