A conversation for men and women about mens health. In light of fathers day we want to keep our men healthy. This is not a comfortable conversation but it is a much needed conversation. Especially, for our black and brown and lets not forget our transgender community.

Today's episode is discussing vaginal health and the importance of maintaining a healthy vagina. We tend to not discuss this topic especially out in the open but it is an important topic to discuss. Some only pay attention to their vagina during intercourse or pregnancy what about all the in-between checks. Why wait until there is an issue. Let's prevent issues starting today.
