Donna and Zoe are two accredited sober coaches that shine a light on living an alcohol free life. With one big thing in common “Alcohol” they both decided to ditch the booze for good and embark on a new way of living. It had its challenges at first but what came apparent was the many benefits that came. Follow us as we talk openly and honestly of our challenges and experiences and also what we have learnt on the way, as well as useful tips and tools. Whether you’re sober curious, ready to quit the booze or even alcohol free already we hope you find our podcast helpful and supportive.
