This is not onlyu a picture of heaven but evidence of our redemption. For only the redeemed can praise our God this way. In today's passage, we will learn how our salvation is a gift from God. First, we will see that we are the gift that God the Father gave to God the Son as a reward for His obedience. Second, we will see how all those who belong to Jesus, will receive manifold gifts that will help them walk with God. Join us as we consider these things together.

The purpose of John's Gospel, is to advance one single, simple, and understandable theme. That without faith in the divine Son of God, you will have no life! This is what happened to the Pharisees, and it is what will happen to all who refuse the Son. Join us as we consider these things together, from John 10:22-25. 

When we understand who God is, and grab a hold of His unstoppable promises, we cannot continue in despair, misery, and doubt. Hope in His future promises lifts our countenance, inspires our souls, and enlivens our demeanor. We experience, joy, happiness, contentment, and satisfaction when we know who God is and trust in Him with a future oriented hope. 

We live in a world that longs for unity but that unity is built upon a false foundation. In the Bible, we are called to work towards unity, but at times, there are legitimate and godly reasons to divide. join us as we explore and develop our theology of division. 

Psalm 6 is the first example in the book, where David suffers for his own sin. In other Psalms we have looked at, David is in anguish over what someone else has done to him, or how someone has sinned against him.
