Kate Katz is the owner and founder of All Hands In, a soft skills development company that uses puppetry to help adults build and develop their soft skills. In this podcast Kate talks about how she views kicking ass and the role soft skills can play. She believes that kicking ass is getting up each day, trying our best (with the knowledge we have), messing up (with grace and compassion), and trying again (with courage and wisdom). Kate shares her knowledge of soft skills and invites friends on to talk about the impact soft skills have had in their lives as well.
