You can't have ohana without dad...Kai sits down with has dad on this weeks episode for an amazing story that starts on the islands and heads quickly to the mainland. 

From having one of the longest names on the team to being a certified Standford grad, Alaka'i Gilman is beyond impressive. Sit down and chill as the boys go over what football really means to the islands and how family and faith drive Alaka'i. We also have to get his best plate lunch recommendations for hitting the beach. 

Take a nice soak in the hot job after banging heads all day. Kai sit's down to go over fall camp and gearing up for an awesome season and school year. 

Things just don't happen by themselves. The kahlua pork doesn't just show up ready, the poi isn't mashed alone and the poke doesn't mix itself. The same goes for our top shelf equipment.
