I think one of the most beautiful things about loving someone is when they trust you to hold space for their grief. I wrote this earlier this year when I was building trust that I was a safe place to hold someones heart during a difficult time. I forgot how much I liked this simple piece, but I hope it resonates with others holding loved ones too.
