The Perfect Mess Podcast

I used to be upset when people told me I changed. It was a trigger for me. But as I’ve gotten older, I realize change can be a great thing. I hope this blesses some of you.

Trust me we all have those days. Don’t wanna go to the gym don’t wanna do anything physical… Those are the days you get in there and you do something. Maybe you’re not in there for the hour that you typically are, but you get in that 30 minutes… But every day find a way.

Trust me, lessons last longer than anything material you can give your kids.

If you’re not tuned in to life and to your spiritual side, you may miss your blessings. A lot of us walk around thinking we are not blessed but what we fail to realize is every day we are missing the little blessings that are right in front of us.

When family issues from the past come back periodically…it is important to keep your guard up. Especially as a Father. If you intend on breaking any chains in your family that has been detrimental to you guys moving forward it is imperative to keep your guard up. Let’s talk about it…
