Calling all local ladies! Dirt bike and mountain bike extraordinaire Britney Gallegos is starting up a nine week intro to mountain bike riding clinic for women. It’s called “Ride Like a Girl” and the first ride is July 7.

Joining us again in the studio is SLV Habitat for Humanity’s Audrey Liu to give us the details on this year’s Bike2Build. It’s a program that helps build and sustain affordable housing in the San Luis Valley.

The Sixth Annual Valley Bottom Rio Trio adventure race will kick off Alamosa’s RioFest on June 6. It’s a weekend of festivities at Cole Park, in downtown Alamosa and on the banks of the Rio Grande.
