Kellie is a behavioral specialist using farm time and animals to work with kids mostly with special needs.  clearly a more kind and patient person then I!! we dive into what she does and her building projects of the future as well as the importance of a strong network of people in your life for support. 

Dustin and I met at a networking event and then kept running into each other, Dustin runs a dumpster rental service for all your trash needs, trash is usually not thought of in the construction world but is a large factor and can be a costly part of your project.

Scott is a lender I met as a networking event and we had  great chat about the market and rental properties. 

Deb is a local realtor that runs the durham Rockstar connect and we hit it off right away and had a great podcast covering a range of topics from her personal houses and projects to the market today

Sara is a first time home buyer and she did al ot of work both with pros and by her self and it was a pleasure having her talk her way about the entire process

Grey and I met at a car show and when I saw his dads Rivian truck I had to say hi and when they heard I am a GC Gray jumped at the chance to tell me about his project and if he could pick my brain, I of course said yes we had a great chat and then I invited him to talk about his brilliant idea on the podcast I hope you enjoy and if you have ideas tell Gray.       

Ed King is a cartoonist doing one of the coolest projects I have heard of making a cartoon map of downtown Chapel Hill NC and it is a great idea, companies can pay a small fee for sponsorship and then have their company be on the map with a large logo. Ed had a lot of insight about life and for a second ep we have planned he has actually worked many jobs in construction.  Enjoy

Linden and Merry Cartner are my neighbors of less then 10 houses away we bonded over our love of dogs no surprise there.  They have done a lot of DIY and needed advice, help, tools and even subs for larger projects and on this episode we discuss all of it and especially with a unique older home
