Anthony is a bright young star in the electrical world and has already worked with me on a few jobs and has been nothing short of perfect.  He has been folded into my list of sub contractors but very much runs his own electrical company Point Electrical.  Today I get his story and his advice for homeowners to make sure their electrical systems are up to date and safe

I met josh when I was a guest of a BNI and Sarah is his number one sales person.  they offer a fun take on painting only specializing in outdoor paint and refinishing kitchen cabinets.  they use a Spray Net custom in house paint that has been tried and torture tested in the harsh Canada winters and now they are taking NC by storm

Megan and Nate I met at a meet and mingle networking event in Cary NC.  Megan is a Realtor and Nate is a pharmaceutical engineer.   We almost teamed up on a investment property but the profit was to tight to split so they ended up going in solo and flipping a house!  be sure to tune in for the second part of this episode after they sell the house to see how the project turned out.

Caleb and I met at a BNI and hit it off again at a 1-2-1 coffee meet that went from 30 min to two hours very fast.  the connections we shared already panned out for us both as we continue to work with each other.  Caleb runs his own junk removal service, we break down what he does and trash in general for construction and how it is overlooked. 

Jessica had me do some pricing for her home, as well as connected me to several great future podcast guests.  Jessica is a networking guru but wears many hats and on this ep we talk about them all 

Margaret and I ran into each other at a open house in durham, her showing a buyer, me doing a walk thru with a friend and boom we hit it off, she had me price some windows and we had a great chat on the podcast about flipping houses, the durham market and much more, please enjoy
