Today I talked about the command of Jesus to not worry or be anxious. See Matthew 6:25-34. I'll leave it there. We need to keep the faith, keep studying, keep praying, and persevere until the end. We do this, and we will receive our reward. May the Peace of Christ remain with you always.

Happy Easter Season! This episode I speak a little about what happened on Holy Saturday, before Christ Rose on Easter Sunday.   The main theme is Galatians 5:22-24.  "The Fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control." If we take care to cooperate with God and nurture these fruits to full bloom we can be sure we are on a good path.

Scripture Passages to consider on the topic of Worship: Psalm 43 Daniel 3:28-68 John 4:23-26 Worship and Praise are essential to practice in order to have a healthy spiritual life.  It's not enough to just ask for requests and favors from God.  We need to love God and praise Him simply because he is Holy and good. We can only benefit from this action of the heart and soul.

I bring up the bronze serpent in the Old Testament - Numbers 21:5-9 And Jesus' reference to this event in John 3:15-15. Like the hebrews being healed by gazing at the bronze serpent, so is the world healed by gazing at Christ. Reflecting on the passion of Christ is actually the very place we find hope and meaning.

1 Thessalonians 5:15-17 and Matthew 18:19-22 are analyzed.  The importance of prayer and forgiveness are stressed.
