Hey! I’m Mia Hemstad. I’m a wife, a mom of two kids, and I’m a self-care coach. I also live with diagnosed PTSD and depression. When I became a mom, I really started to do the inner work of figuring out why I put myself last and how to start prioritizing myself for the first time in my life. This podcast is about sharing all of those lessons with you!
