Acts 19 We need to be diligent to walk in the victory Christ bought for us on the cross. The only power satan has over us is that which we give him. We need to stand in the Lord's strength. Ephesians 4:27 "...do not give the devil an opportunity"

Acts 20 How do you approach each day? Is what you're doing and how you are living bringing glory to God? Romans 8:18 "For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are n to worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us."

Acts 19

Acts 19:1-7 The life of a disciple of Christ is supposed to be characterized by the work of the Holy Spirit indwelling us and continuing to be filled. If Paul came across you, would the Holy Spirit be evident to him in you? John 3:3-6 "Truly, truly I say to you, unless one if born of water and the spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God."

Acts 18:9-10 Jesus called us to pray. Our purpose is to know Him and make Him known in all that we do. Hunger to tell others about Jesus.

Acts 18:1-17 Trusting God more and loving God more will dispel our fears. Rejection and opposition of the Gospel is sure to happen so we need to accept it and stay steadfast in our mission from God to spread the Word. Being an active part of the Body of Christ is so important. It gives us encouragement, support, accountability, diversity, humility, fellowship, partnerships and strength. Acts 18:9-...

Acts 17 & 1 Corinthians 15:1-8 & 12-22 There is only hope for eternal life in Jesus Christ and the proof of that is found in the resurrection. Don't preach a religion to those that don't know Jesus, but rather preach a relationship with a living God.

Genesis 12 A life lived with God is supposed to be an adventure. Convenience, comfort and familiarity is foreign to what it means to be a disciple of Christ. Take a scary step with God.

Acts 17 We live in a culture full of idols. Do you place anything above God? God created us with a longing for something deeper and the only thing that fills that void completely is GOD himself.

Acts 16 & 17 Are you a student of the Word? One of the things that keeps the American Church from being more effective is the lack of knowing Scripture. Dig in to the Word and apply it, letting it shape your life.

Acts 16 Be the light of the world even in the darkest or most challenging of times. This light can help guide those who are lost to Jesus. Worship communicates-especially when it comes when you are in a dark place. Our love for Him should transcend our circumstance because of who He is and what He has done for us.

Acts 16 How should we worship Jesus? True worship isn't based on our feelings and circumstances. It is based on truly understanding who God is and what He has done for us. Worship with a mind set on the Lord and not the earth.

Acts 15 & 16 The daily goal of each of our lives should always be to look for where God is working and meet Him there. God wants to speak to us, we just need to get out of the way.

Jonah Don't forget who the Lord is and what He is capable through us. Heed to His callings and listen for His voice.

Acts 3:19 Remember when you were on fire for God? God longs for you to meet with Him every day. Spend time with the Lord and refresh your faith in Him through His word. It is the sharing of our faith through love that refreshes the heart of God's people.

1 John 2:15-17 What are you pursuing? Is it of God or of the world? The world is temporary and will pass away but God's words never will.

1 Samuel 17: What is the giant in your life? What is the thing in your life challenging your faith and stealing your joy? Trials, challenges and hardships allow for God to work in us and ultimately strengthen our faith.

Titus 2:11-14 Our lives should look more like Jesus' life when we are devoted and committed to Him. Ministry flows fro intimacy with the Lord.

Mark 12:30-31

John 15: 1-16 What do you cling to when you're in need of hope? Cling to the Lord, He is our only hope. Jesus is the true Israel, true life and our true friend.

Ephesians 2:1-9 + 10: We should never take God's grace for granted. He gives it to us for free and no works are needed. Romans 11:6 "And if by grace, then it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace."

Ephesians 2/Romans 5&6: Since Jesus has broken the power of sin over your life, don't let sin in; deal with it; if sin persists it's because you let it. So surrender and give yourself completely to God. Do not abuse the grace God has gifted us with.

Acts 14 & 15 There are no works or rituals that need to be added to faith for you to be saved. You are completely and wholly accepted not because of anything you did but solely based on the work that was done for you by Jesus Christ on the Cross.

Acts 13:42-52 God is a faithful God so we can rest assured that He will keep the many promises He made to His people. Hebrews 10:23 "Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful."
