Even in 2026, female-specific conditions, such as endometriosis, preeclampsia, uterine tumours, and the menopause still remain largely a mystery. Scientists in Valencia are trying to turn this around, hopefully changing the lives of the future generation of women. How? By figuring out how the uterus works exactly. But what if unravelling these conditions is not as straightforward as expected?
