Is pursuing your own happiness selfish?  What makes a better, more moral society-When everyone is pursuing their own happiness as the primary goal or when you put your neighbor's happiness and interests ahead of your own?

Happiness is the result of achievment and trophies are the symbols of achievement.  If we give out trophies to thise who master nothing what does that say about us and will either the true winner or pretender find happiness?
