The Life Of A Multifacet
“The Life of a Multifacet” is a raw, reflective podcast about evolving in real time, owning the multiple layers of who you are, and refusing to be boxed into one lane. I speak on confidence, healing, faith, discipline, dating, appearance, ambition, solitude, creative passions, personal growth, and the hard truths that shape you when life forces you to evolve. This is not about pretending to have it all together. It’s about trusting God, facing discomfort head-on, refusing to shrink for anyone, and becoming more solid, more honest, and more yourself without folding to the pressure around you.

Trust Me...Less Is Way More In The Content World 07.07.2026 15:38
In this episode of The Life of a Multifacet, I’m talking about why less is more when it comes to building your brand through social media. I get into how easy it is to feel pressure to post more, chase the algorithm, and act like you have to constantly put content out just to stay relevant. But what I’ve been realizing is that building a real brand is more about telling your story in a way that fe...

Where My Keloid Journey Started 23.06.2026 23:46
In this episode, I take it all the way back and talk about where my keloid journey really began. From dealing with scalp issues, acne, oily skin, and allergies at a young age, to later realizing that keloids were something deeply rooted in both sides of my family, this is a real breakdown of how it all started for me. I talk about the physical side of it, the mental side of it, the embarrassment,...
Why Going Out Alone Will Change Your Life 17.06.2026 19:03
I got a real challenge in this episode… go everywhere dolo for the next few months. This one is about what happened when I stopped waiting on people, stopped letting flaking and outside energy control my experiences, and started really going places by myself. I talk about how uncomfortable it can feel at first, but also how much freedom, confidence, and peace can come from learning how to enjoy yo...
I Had To Stop Lessening Myself 09.06.2026 16:20
In this episode of The Life of a Multifacet , I’m talking about how I had to stop lessening myself just because certain people didn’t have the capacity to receive me. For a long time, I would catch myself saying things like, “I know I said too much,” or “I know I went down a rabbit hole,” but I started realizing that every time I said that, I was shrinking my own value, my stories, and the way I n...
Comfort Zone Will Keep You Stuck 02.06.2026 14:25
I recorded this about a month before turning 30… and now that I’m here, it hits even harder. This episode is me reflecting on my 20s and realizing how much of my growth came from getting uncomfortable. From moving to a new city, navigating life on my own, going through setbacks, building new skills, and figuring out who I really am… none of that happens if I stay in my comfort zone. I talk about h...
I've Learned A Lot In Navigating Survival Mode 26.05.2026 39:32
In this episode of The Life of a Multifacet , I’m talking about what I’ve learned from navigating survival mode and how that mindset can help you push through, but also keep you from actually enjoying how far you’ve come. I get into family, generational survival instincts, growing up around people who had to figure life out the hard way, and how that can shape the way you move as an adult. Sometim...
My Personal New Years Starts On A Different Date! 19.05.2026 16:36
In this episode of The Life of a Multifacet , I’m talking about why my personal new year doesn’t really start on January 1. For me, January and February usually feel like a warm-up. I may have goals written down, I may know what I want for the year, but my real rhythm usually starts around March and April. That’s when things start clicking, my mind starts locking in, and I feel myself stepping int...
My Wild NYC Apartment Hunting Experience Pt.2 12.05.2026 36:09
In part two of My Wild NYC Apartment Hunting Experience , I get into the real chaos of trying to find my own apartment in New York City with only a couple weeks left before I had to move. I’m talking StreetEasy, Zillow, messaging 30 to 40 realtors, running to showings in between work calls, taking trains, bikes, Ubers I barely had the money for, standing in lines with 60 people, getting denied fro...

Moving to NYC Changed My LIFE For The Better: Headed in the Right Direction 05.05.2026 38:08
Moving to New York didn’t just change my life… it exposed me to myself. From a small-town mindset to navigating one of the biggest cities in the world, I had to learn everything the hard way. From spending money just to feel comfortable… to hopping on the train every day with damn near nothing. From rooftop events to rock-bottom moments… this city made me tighten the fuck up. I went through layoff...
I Was Never Meant To Stay Small: Small Town Roots, Bigger Vision 28.04.2026 34:27
This episode is about the mindset that helped me break beyond a small-town environment and start seeing life on a bigger scale. I reflect on growing up in Richmond, Kentucky, and how even in a place that could feel limited at times, there were still early signs that something bigger was possible for my life. From academic programs and debate clubs to scholarships, leadership opportunities, and my...
Turning Dirty 30 In My Shoes: A Day by the Sea and Letting Myself Be 21.04.2026 25:21
On April 14th, my 30th birthday, I spent time by myself at Coney Island Beach, sitting with life, listening to the sounds of nature, feeling the peace of the water, and reflecting on everything this season has been teaching me. This episode is a raw birthday reflection on growth, self-sabotage, faith, discomfort, solitude, and learning how to just be. I speak on finding peace in my own presence, t...
Learning My Life Target Audience 10.03.2026 26:09
This episode isn’t about content. It’s about life. I talk about learning your life target audience. The people who genuinely vibe with you, grow with you, and understand your character across different seasons. Not just when you’re polished, disciplined, or doing what looks good on the outside. I get into how telling your story and showing up authentically is what reveals who’s really meant to be...
Limitations Are For MF Losers 24.02.2026 31:03
This episode is blunt because it needs to be. I talk about how much I hate feeling limited and how I really don’t tolerate people trying to project their limits onto me. I’ve always been someone who can show up for other people, support their ideas, respect their vision, and let them expand however they want. No judgment. No box. But for some reason, that energy isn’t always returned. I get into h...
You Can't Advise A Life You've Never Lived 10.02.2026 26:58
This marks 50 episodes, and this one felt like the right moment to pause and actually look back. I talk about starting this podcast over a year ago with no blueprint, just a need to speak honestly and grow in public. A lot of what I share comes from my own life, my mistakes, my patterns, and the things I’ve learned by actually putting myself out there. One thing I’ve realized is how often people a...
Feeling The Love In The Room Pt.2 - It's How People Show Up 22.01.2026 25:54
In Part 2, I talk about evolution and how relationships naturally change over time. I reflect on running into a high school classmate every few years and still feeling genuine love, even without constant proximity. This episode is about understanding that you do not have to be around people all the time to receive real love. I also speak about a close friend in my life who is on a different path,...
Feeling The Love In The Room Pt.1 18.01.2026 26:03
In this episode, I talk about what it really means to feel the love in the room and cherish the people around you. I reflect on how connection is not about where someone is in life on paper, but about the heart they bring and the way they show up. You can be ahead in every visible way and still miss genuine love. This conversation is about recognizing real energy, embracing the right people, and v...
Why I Started Thinking Bigger Than A Check Pt. 2 13.01.2026 24:54
In Part 2, I get more specific about how I’ve been approaching investing over time. I talk about starting small, learning margins and options at a basic level, and understanding that you don’t have to pour a lot of money into getting started. I’m honest about what I know and what I don’t. Crypto isn’t something I’m deep into, but I may put a few dollars in here and there while continuing to focus...
Why I Started Thinking Bigger Than A Check Pt.1 06.01.2026 30:58
In this episode, I discuss how I first began thinking about investing and ownership. Not from a place of having money, but from wanting more and realizing there had to be a better way. I share how my mindset around Black ownership evolved over time, how I utilized YouTube to begin learning the basics of investing, and why starting small mattered more than trying to be perfect. I reflect on working...
When Your Character Changes The Dynamic Pt.2 30.12.2025 33:16
In Part 2, I go deeper into how stepping back from sex and relationships at different points in my life changed the way I viewed women, dating, and myself. I talk about periods where I chose not to be involved, not out of fear or lack of options, but because it wasn’t aligned with who I was becoming. That space allowed me to focus on myself, my discipline, and the things that actually mattered. I...
When Your Character Changes The Dynamic Pt.1 26.12.2025 30:40
In Part 1, I talk about the pressure men can feel having to show up in certain ways because of women’s past experiences. I reflect on how the way I move, treat women, and show up has often been different from what they were used to, and how that difference can create new expectations I didn’t ask for. From dating experiences to conversations with friends who questioned how certain situations even...
The Version Of Me That Showed Up 23.12.2025 15:33
In this episode, I reflect on a question that hit home: what’s something you’ve been able to do recently that once felt impossible? For me, it’s the discipline and consistency I’ve built with my weight loss this year. I talk about how locking in mentally changed everything and how structure replaced motivation, and consistency became my baseline. This one’s about recognizing growth in real time an...
