Join us next time to kick off Adam's birth mo...

A note! From Editors! For Editors? BY Editors?! Who can say! Show Notes:  Run Time: 1:43:49 There was a lot of great interaction from the chat on this one, which means that even though we recorded for over 2 hours, Trevor cut a lot of Bad Radio and this episode is a reasonable length. Whew! Upcoming schedule! Tuesday, May 2nd: Episode #247 - Creative Process: Fashion Foes Tuesday, May 9th: Episode...

Someone's about to have a bad day! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:35:25 The prompt for this episode was "a hero turned villain", and we start off by going through many instances of this in  Sentinel Comics , before getting down to the business of ruining a perfectly good hero. Greater than good, in fact! It's a real shame. The Disparation campaign went well! VERY well! Thank you to everyone who joined in...

Let's get wild... wild west! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:17:42 We start off by talking about... legislation?! Yeah, OK, weird, but look. It's scary out there. We're  concerned. Then we do some math. Sorry. Then! We talk a bit about the Sentinels of the Multiverse: Disparation BackerKit campaign that is currently ongoing but about to finish up! Check it out while you can ! And finally, we tell a story....

We finally get to talk about [redacted]! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:25:00 We've been just vibrating with excitement to finally talk about the subject of this episode... and you're just going to have to listen to find out! We hope you enjoy it, and we look forward to fielding your many questions about this newly revealed very old character! Near the end of the episode, Adam plugs a comic he's into, wh...

What the heck? WHERE the heck?!?! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:32:27 We're doing some experimental cooking in today's episode! Metaphorically speaking, that is. Spite is best used sparingly, especially since he's so often, uh, expired. And Rambler is still a relatively new flavor for us, so this... soufflé ... might be different from other soufflés you've had, but we're still proud of it! (OK, that met...

Let's get natural! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:58:14 We have a variety of ideas for foes, and we don't even explore all the ideas we mention! That fine — this episode ended up coming in on the long side, anyway.  You asked us a bunch of questions! We answer many of them! Keep asking more! We like it. Join us next week for a Writers' Room episode about Rambler vs. Spite! Oh, and about an hour after thi...

Let's go to space with a couple of gals who are pals! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:47:33 K.N.Y.F.E. and Sky-Scraper are a couple of fan favorites, especially due to to burgeoning "ship" between them... but where did it all start? Right here! This is that story! We tell stories from three (THREE!!) issues of Sentinel Comics, then we answer a bunch of questions! What more could you want?  If there were s...

What hath we wrought?! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:44:57 This is one of the longer Editor's Notes we've done! We just were in a strange mood, so we kinda just kept going! I drew a dragon. Adam helped. Here are the upcoming episodes! Tuesday, March 7th: Episode #241: Creative Process: The Naturalist & Akash'Thriya Foes Tuesday, March 14th: Episode #242: Writers' Room: Rambler vs. Spite Tuesday, March 2...

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:48:47 We start off with a discussion of a particular cookie. We really get into it. This is the  Il Alimento episode, if we were just talking about cookies as ourselves instead of in some weird chef character. Sorry about that / you're welcome? Then! We finally get into this accursed topic! And we craft a story that... we're ultimately prett...

Issue 200?! What a major issue! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:13:53 This episode represents a cross over from the end of January, into the month of romance, shipping, and longing glances across a crowded room. The story in this episode probably won't give you your romance story fix... but next week will be... worse?! Probably. Anyway, we cover a bunch of issues in this episode! Listen and find out! We a...

We're finally gonna talk about this lady! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:29:59 Baring any bear-related incidents, we're finally covering Busybody! Listen to the episode, and let us know if it was worth the wait! We think it was... but we also thought we told you about this months ago. So, you know, that's on us. To make up for our goof, we talk about a LOT of different issues of Sentinel Comics, so there...

The first Editor's Note of a new year! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:18:33 We start off this Editor's Note by acknowleding that we spent a long time on the stream before we actually started recording this episode. Whoops? Consider joining The Letters Page Patreon to witness such events yourself! Here's the upcoming schedule: Tuesday, February 7th: Episode #238: Writers' Room: Hostile takeover of Montgom...

One-shot. Two letters sections. Anything could happen! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:28:16 We do only a few minutes of banter before getting into something of an overview... and then going into a few letters right away! And then back to making the issue itself. A playable issue! I mean, not playable YET, but this year! Ideally in about 6ish months... time will tell! Join us this coming Friday for a live...

Hey, folks. No real episode today, after all. Sorry for the break in schedule, but we didn't have it in us to make an RPG one-shot. I wrote a bit about it in a recent Kickstarter update . Thank you all for your patience. We'll be back on schedule next week. Speaking of which: Tuesday, January 10th: Today Tuesday, January 17th: Episode #236: Creative Process: Make an SCRPG One-Shot Tuesday, January...

You didn't think we were going to go a week without posting SOMETHING, right? Welcome to 2023! We're starting this year out by pulling back the veil on 2022! Here's the stuff that Trevor cut from recent episodes in 2022. Not ALL of the stuff cut. Really, just a bunch of stuff from recent holiday episodes. And some other tidbits as well. Anyway! Gives you a feel for what Trevor has to endure to mak...

It's the end of the year! Let's do another one next year! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:34:18 Trevor made us a bunch of fancy new music for this one! The recording was pretty unhinged, as well, so Trevor ended up cutting a LOT. Interested in hearing the sorts of things Trevor cuts? You should join the Letters Page Patreon ! Patreon supporters get to watch the Editor's Notes live, and also have access to...

Choo-chooooose Sentinel Comics this holiday season! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:15:38 Happy Holiday times, everyone! We've got a story full of Christmas cheer... and trains heist! Multiple trains; one heist. You'll see! If you're on the Letters Page Patreon , join us this Thursday for a very Christopher-and-Adam-mas Editor's Note! Also, for Patreonists, voting is up for next month's topics! Go vote! S...

Who could possibly have beef with Bunker? Show Notes: Run Time: 1:31:00 Do you want to start off by talking about what happens when you break the laws of reality? Because that's what's happening here! We attempt to make up some Bunker enemies! And we succeed in doing so, but only partly? More success than not, but certainly with some things that don't go the way we expected. Which is fairly normal...

Can The Scholar survive this eldritch foe?! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:30:57 We had a lot of fun with this episode, using a foe we haven't talked very much about (other than in a couple specific episodes). Creating more for his look and feel and plots was a blast! We hope you enjoy it as much as we did! Get your questions for the upcoming Creative Process about Bunker foes and Writers' Room about Abs...

Birds birds birds! But are they  real birds? Show Notes: Run Time: 1:15:55 We tell a story that we've known for a while, but have never shared here! We also take a variety of questions on a variety of topics! You know, like we usually do on this show!  Join us next week for a much less known story about The Scholar!

The penultimate Editor's Note of the year! Show Notes:   Run Time: 1:03:04 We're closing in on the end of the year, but we're not quite there yet! Another live show with lots of live attendees, and great questions all around! But first, the schedule: Tuesday, December 6th: Episode #233: Writers' Room: The Scholar lets loose in a fight  Tuesday, December 13th: Episode #234: Creative Process: Bunker...

Which minor villain gets scary today? Show Notes: Run Time: 1:27:31 We're halfway through the second spooky month, but this episode is less "spooky" and more "potentially exitentially terrifying". I'm sure nothing bad will come out of it. If you're a Letters Page Patreon supporter (and if you're not, maybe you should be!) join us for a live show this Friday! We look forward to seeing you there!

Scowly heroes get scowly foes! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:45:58 Christopher and Adam are back at it again! This episode is on the long side, but it's because they're brimming with ideas! Overflowing, even! And thus: this podcast. Besides making up a bunch of things, they also studiosly answer your questions! Are you satisfied with the answers they provide? We hope so! If not, send in more questions !...
