Searching for the truth can be difficult in today's censorship and cancel culture.  But living with the truth will be your salvation and your foundation to build a successful and happy life.  Let's talk about it.

Set a good example.  Precept number 6 from The Way To Happiness.  What does that mean?  How do I set a good example but still have fun?  Let's talk about it.

Honor and help your parents.  Sometimes it can be challenging to deal with parents but it's something we all have to confront to some degree in our lives.  How important is it that we honor and help our parents.  Let's talk about it.  

Love and Help Children - Precept # 4 from the book The Way To Happiness. Do you have children or are thinking about having a few dozen? Well, here is some valuable information that will help you. It's helped me greatly with my 2 kids. Let's talk about it.

Don't Be Promiscuous. Precept # 3 of The Way To Happiness. The book is written in 1981 by L. Ron Hubbard. Join me for a conversation on sex and relationships. Are you physically happy in your current relationship? Let's talk about it.

Precept # 2 from The Way To Happiness. Be Temperate. Do you go overboard sometimes with things like me? Do you go to the extreme on certain things or can't control certain cravings? Let's talk about it.

It may sound simple but taking care of ourselves can be neglected if we feel other things are more important. How do we take care of ourselves and still get everything done? Let's talk about it.

What is Happiness?  How do we find it?  Where the hell is it?!?!  Join me as I read the Happiness section from the book The Way To Happiness from L. Ron Hubbard and discuss our search for happiness in a chaotic world.  Let's talk about it. 

You need your body to move around. How well do you take care of your body?  Let's talk about it.

Time!!  How much time do you actually have in a 7 days period to work towards your goals?  I put together an episode that will break it down to give you a perspective on managing time.  Let's talk about it.  

Does your partner support your goals?  Do you always tell your partner what your future plans are?  Can you sit and open up completely to what you want your goals to be?  Let's talk about it.  

Do you have a religion or philosophy that gives you the tools to improve your life and reach your goals?  Let's talk about it. 

Personal development is not taught in schools.  Ever met someone with a lot of education that has no idea how to communicate with compassion?  Well, it's because they never look for personal enhancement of any kind.  They know it all.  Let's talk about it.  

Today we're talking about help.  Do you feel confident that you have the right people to go to for help?  Can people rely on you to help them?  These questions and more will be discussed on this morning's show.  

When promoting yourself, do you have a hard time going all out because of fear of what others might think or say?  Well, let's all about that.
