I'm at it again talking about how to get into IT when you don't have the "credentials".

When you work in IT, you rarely have to call in technical support. When you do, the experience is going to be a 50/50 shot at what character you're going to get on the other line. This episode really focuses on customer experience and why it's an important skills to develop.
