I'm back bitches! Yes its been a while, and I have missed you all so much. Now lets dive back in!!! Whos ready? 

We all have trouble living in the moment with our kids. But we have to stop and remember that they are only young for so long. They will be grown before we know it. Let's try and live in the moment with our children.

In life we are going to have people who really piss us off, in the long run are they worth you losing your shit? Protecting my energy and peace is far more important to me today then it ever was before. Sometimes they are just not worth losing everything youve worked so hard to protect. Let it go, YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR DAY. 

Sometimes we have plans, and sometimes those plans don't go the way we would have wanted them to go. And that's okay! Let's start telling ourselves it's okay and start learning from the little changes in our lives.
