It took almost two years, but they made it to 100.  It seems like just yesterday The Boys were unorganized and sounding like Jerks.  What an amazing progression to the professional Jerks they are today!  (By the way, send them an email and tell them that they should give away more stuff.)

Just like in hockey, or football, or soccer, we all get caught up in running around like idiots everyday, but like athletes, we need to focus on our ultimate goals constantly.  We all want to retire some day, and you can't leave that to someone else.  The Boys want to help get you on the right track so you don't have to live in a refrigerator box someday.

The Boys catch up with Dave Richardson of the National Comfort Institute to learn all about testing air pressure in an HVAC system.  Why, how, and with what are covered in this first segment in a series, and Dave's a lot of fun anyway, even without all of his smarts.

This week The Boys are introduced to Paige Knowles, award winning new graduate of LCTI.  Paige just completed their plumbing and heating program taught in part by Ken Midgett, and hopes to help fill the shortage of trades people by encouraging today's youth to consider these great careers.

Back to the basics again, this time it's electrical.  In most trades technicians learn as they go, on the job.  The problem is that we don't always learn the proper techniques, or facts even, depending on who we're learning from.  This week The Boys address some of the worst offenses; (they're still Jerks.)

How about a contest to find great contest ideas?  Yes, that's why they're called "The Jerks".

The Boys try to expand their universe a little by exposing themselves to chilled beams (?).  Well, it wasn't supposed to be literal.  But, since many of us don't play too much on the commercial side, other than an occasional rooftop swap-out, they believe it's still nice to know what's out there.  Not to mention, it could be another way to dazzle your friends/customers/boss!
