This week The Jerks meet with Steve Yurek and Francis Dietz of AHRI to discuss how the Covid pandemic may affect the HVAC industry long term, and what changes we are likely to see. 

The Christmas season is here, and The HVAC Jerks want to help you get in the mood with some Jerky Bits!  Might as well grab some eggnog, too!

Now, calling The Boys "The Wizards of Air" is more than a stretch, but they can probably still teach you something on the subject, like why does one return grill make noise, but another doesn't?  More importantly, how can we tell before we install it?  You know what to do, click on that arrow!

Look at this, the Thanksgiving Jerky Bits! bonus episode released a week early.  They can't even get that right!  That's why they call them Jerks; turkey Jerks?

Do your customers understand what you are trying to tell them?  (I'm frustrated that I can't put any of my funny stuff in here because it keeps getting rejected by FB, etc!)  How you speak to a customer will affect your personal level of success.  The Jerky Bastards preach!

Maybe we should call it "Jerky Bits and Crumbs"!  (Ugh; those idiots.)

The Jerks remind us that fresh air is NOT over rated!  With homes getting tighter every year and airborne diseases now all the rage, your customers need to breath clean and healthy air if they're going to live long enough to pay your bill!  Remember that YOU are their home's family doctor.

Its still Halloween in the Jerks' studio, but that humor of theirs' may be the scariest of all!

The Boys have a blast with the always fun, Johnny White from TacoComfort.  People, innovation, and a nod to history seems to his forever focus, that is, when he's not flyin' the ponytail by way of a V-twin.  Get pumped up!

You know, warranties are supposed to be a good thing; they help a service provider make a sale, and they make the buyer more comfortable about their decision.  But instead, they seem to result in a big pile of steaming frustration for all involved when they are needed most.  No, The HVAC Jerks do not come with a warranty; no backsies!

Yo, banana bread, dude!  Whoops, that was a different episode.  In this Jerky Bits!, Kevin describes how his dog gets the party started.  

Its natural to look at the big picture and be happy and/or proud of the work we have done.  But its those little details that are overlooked that can make or break the job.  Although The Jerks have talked about the details before, especially when discussing financials, they bring it up again in this episode because your reputation depends on it! 

The Boys with the funny accents expand on the "good 'ole days" with the unions in the Big Apple.  Interesting stuff; and can you believe that Anonymous Joe's family was in the carting business?  Hmmph; that's a surprise.  Hey, you! Stop askin' so many questions!  Have a nice day.
